Refund policy

If ContourMapMaker did not work for you, you get your money back.

Refunds

Email contourmapmaker@vezli.net within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions beyond what you tried. Write from the address you paid with, or include the date and amount of the payment.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling the yearly plan

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges can be refunded under the same 14-day rule.
