Reporting a problem with a map

Copy the share link from the tool (Share and save, Copy share link) and paste it into your email, with what you expected to see. The link holds the area and settings, so we can reproduce the map exactly. Mention the browser and device if the tool itself misbehaved.

Billing and refunds

Write from the email address you paid with. The refund policy explains the 14-day refund, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes. Or go back to the contour map generator.
